IB Dog Foundation promotes the health, safety, and humane treatment of dogs by organizing community events, educating the public, raising and distributing charitable funds, and supporting animal rescue and rehabilitation, veterinary care, spay and neuter services, foster placement, adoption, and rehoming efforts in Imperial Beach and the greater South San Diego Region. The Foundation may also support animal welfare in neighboring cross-border communities when those activities are approved by the Board of Directors and conducted in compliance with applicable law.
